As an SEO Promotions/Linking analyst your responsibilities include regular scouring of web sites in the pursuit of linking opportunities for clients. Linking opportunities occur in a number of formats including relevant partner sites, directories, social networking, link baiting and other strategies.

Other duties include cultivating viral marketing ideas, staying active in the Blogging community, and maintaining active profiles on community sites such as Digg, Delicious, Facebook, MySpace, Youtube and other similar sites.

Key Responsibilities:
Research and maintain target keywords for inbound link anchor text
Analyze data and build reports to communicate key findings
Generate monthly traffic, ranking and other vital reports
Conduct research and provide answers to client questions
Continually gain more SEO knowledge and share new strategies with the team.

Skills/Qualifications required:
Strong English language written and oral communication skills
Superior organizational and analytical skills including the ability to meet deadlines
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business or Computer Science
Project Management experience, ideally in Search Engine Optimization, B2B and B2C, preferred
In-depth understanding of internet marketing practices
Ability to analyze data and make recommendations
Experience working with web analytic software, such as Google Analytics, Omniture, HBX, NetTracker, ClickTracks, and WebTrends
Web development and HTML experience. Programming language skills a plus
Proficiency with Microsoft® Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
